Indian Youth Climate Network:
The Indian Youth Climate Network (IYCN) is a youth-led voluntary organization working to improve the environment for present and future generations. IYCN is one of the largest youth organizations in the country, working on climate change and related issues. The board and governance are led by youth, and all projects handled by IYCN are conceived, directed, and managed by youth. The organization also strives to train youth to be green entrepreneurs in collaboration with partner organizations. IYCN has experience executing projects since its inception, reaching out to more than 10,000 youth through direct outreach activities like the Climate Road Tour, covering the country’s length from Chennai to Kashmir.
Bring Back Green Foundation:
Bring Back Green Foundation, a Section-8 non-profit company registered in 2019, aims to empower individuals to create a sustainable future. They work on waste management, sustainable menstruation, public policy advocacy, environmental research and projects, documentary making, and publishing books. The organization has conducted awareness classes and workshops on sustainability topics in many schools and colleges across Kerala, reaching over 15,000+ youth. They have also conducted conferences and webinars and signed MoUs with government departments on climate action projects.
